If you have a major problem with our product(s) that can't be fixed within a reasonable time you have the right to cancel our contract, when it is:
provided with an unacceptable level of care and skill
unfit for the purpose you asked for
not delivered within a reasonable time when there is no agreed end date.
Naija Fashion & Beauty will give any refunds in the same form as your original payment.
If you are an end user customer and wish to return a product that you have directly purchased from Naija Fashion & Beauty, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided the products are returned to us within 7 business days of the date of delivery.
This policy is in addition to any rights that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant legislation.
Product purchased under any special type of agreement may be returned only with the express approval of Elizabeth.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, Naija Fashion & Beauty may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable VAT tax.
To return products, please contact Naija Fashion & Beauty to receive an Authorisation Number. To help us deal with your return as quickly as possible, please provide us with your order details that are included in your tracking details and return the products to Naija Fashion & Beauty in their original form within seven business days of the date that the product was delivered.
Returned products must be received by Naija Fashion & Beauty in as-new or as-shipped-by-Naija Fashion & Beauty condition, including conformance to the specifications as set out in your invoice, and other items included with the product must be returned with it.
If you are an organisation that bought the products under a written agreement with Naija Fashion & Beauty, the agreement may contain different terms for the return of products than specified by this policy.
